Dolese, an industrial company originally established to furnish quarried rock for railroad construction, recently committed to helping smaller departments across the state by donating trucks to two volunteer fire departments. Dolese has developed into a full-service construction supply and material operation, employing more than 1,000 people in Oklahoma.
The Granite Volunteer Fire Department and the Reagan Volunteer Fire Department each got a Peterbilt truck which they will convert into tankers to help supply water to firefighters on the job. The trucks should be able to be in use by this summer.
