The Wellington Lady Rockets open district with a big 61 to 10 win over the Shamrock Lady Irish. Varsity boys fell to a tough Childress team by a final score of 40 to 66. Lady Skyrockets continue district play at home Tuesday against Memphis while the boys continue non-district play on the road in Amarillo against Holy Cross.
