ALTUS, OK – The regular monthly meeting of the Jackson County Memorial Hospital Authority Board of Trustees will be held today, Monday, Aug. 22, starting at 6:30 PM at Home Care/Hospice, 1204 E Tamarack Rd. in Altus.

Agenda items include the appointment of Secretary/Treasurer to replace former Board Member, Rana Womack, an update on Outreach Programs, the approval of Fixed Assets from Funded Depreciation and Designated Funds to Funded Depreciation, the Performance Improvement Council Report, and the Priority Focus Final Report.
The Complaint and Grievance Summary will then be presented and approval of the Patient Rights Policy, the 2022 Nurse Residency Projects, and Conflict of Interest will be presented.
Dr. John Tran, Chief-of-Staff will then give the Medical Staff Report with approval to be given as proposed by the staff. Initial appointments are: Judy A. Miller, DO – Hospitalist, Provisional Staff, and Rudolf Ulirsch, MD – Pathology, Provisional Staff.

Reappointments are: Manal Robin-Hanna, MD – Hematology/Oncology, Courtesy Staff, and Stephen Snell, MD – Otolaryngology/Sleep Studies, Courtesy Staff.
