The Mobile Wellness Clinic will be in Eldorado on Tuesday, Sept. 6 from 9 AM to 12 PM in the parking lot of the Community Building, 515 W. Main Street in Eldorado, and it will then be in Olustee from 1 to 3 PM in the parking lot of the Olustee Town Hall, 105 E. 4th Street in Olustee.

No appointment is needed, except for WIC services. For WIC appointments, call the Jackson County Health Department at (580) 482-7308.

Services offered by the mobile wellness unit will include: Know Your Numbers-Glucose/Cholesterol/HDL/Blood Pressure screening, WIC-supplemental nutrition for women, infants, and children, Childhood/Adult Immunizations, Fluoride Varnishing, Blood lead screenings, Pregnancy testing, and COVID testing and vaccinations.
