Western Oklahoma State College freshman Rhey’lyn Sanders recently received the local “We See You” scholarship for $500. This scholarship is awarded by the P.E.O. Chapter GQ. Chapter GQ awards local scholarships to high school seniors. P.E.O is an international organization dedicated to the advancement of women through education.
