The Public Schools held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, Oct. 11. All agenda were approved.

Items included approving the School District’s final budget proposed for 2022-23, and selecting an architectural firm to provide engineering services in connection with the design and construction of a new Pre-K through 4th grade center to replace the existing Rivers Elementary School on Altus Air Force Base.

The Board also heard a presentation of the District Audit Report from Britton, Kuykendall, Miller C.P.A.’s P.C. for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022.
