Southwest Rural Electric is awarding two all-expense-paid trips to tour the nation’s capitol this summer. Exceptional high school juniors living in or attending school at Altus, Blair, Chillicothe, Crowell, Electra, Frederick, Harrold, Navajo, Northside, Snyder, Tipton and Vernon are eligible to apply.
