It’s time once again for sign-ups for the Altus Salvation Army’s annual Angel Tree Christmas Child Assistance Program. Parents or guardians can sign up Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 4-6 PM or Friday, Oct. 14 from 9 AM to 2 PM. Only one parent or guardian can be in attendance to register, and no children will be allowed in the building during the registration time. Please wear a mask.
Information required for registration include a birth certificate for each child ages 0-12 years of age in the household (social security cards will be accepted (DHS letters will also be accepted), the head of household’s driver’s license or photo ID (not expired) and must be a resident of Jackson County, proof of household income, proof of Jackson County residency, and proof of child custody.
Please have each child’s clothing and shoe sizes prepared and brought with you, No types of bicycles can be requested.
