Giant kites will be part of this year’s Altus Balloon Fest set for Nov. 11 & 12. The Altus Parks and Recreation Department and the Altus Quartz Mountain Regional Airport will host the 2nd Annual Festival at Hangar 36 (5333 N Main Street in Altus, OK).

Come out for two fun full days of family fun, shopping, and entertainment. Outside they will have multiple static displays, food trucks, tethered hot air balloon rides, airplane rides, helicopter rides, and GIANT KITES!

Inside they will have over 57 great craft and trade vendors, a Kids Zone, and live entertainment.\
