Join the Jackson County Health Department for a community wellness symposium and community health fair on October 26 and 27 in Altus. The purpose of the event is to attract a wide array of professionals and citizens concerned with the health status of Oklahomans and want to shape a healthier future and thriving society in SW Oklahoma.

Keynote speakers will include Lt. Col. Adam “Teddy” Boyd, Gail Box, Tom Farley, and Steven Buck. There will be over 15 breakout sessions. Wednesday’s event will be held from 5:30 to 8 PM at the Altus Community Center, and Thursday’s event will be held from 8 AM to 5 PM at Western Oklahoma State College.
