The Jackson County Retired Educators will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 10 AM at the Altus Public Library for the Coffee Cup program to be given the talented vocal music students of Altus High School under the direction of Nick Young.  They will present of preview of the school’s musical:  “Sponge Bob Square Pants.”

At 11 AM, the Jackson County retired members of OREA will have a short business meeting.  Pam Holland from the Roosevelt community in Kiowa County and is the new SW District Director for OREA.  She hopes to attend our business meeting, so plan to come and meet her as she will give us an update of state concerns.
