Altus Parks and Recreation announces that Santa will be at Hightower Park every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (as available) now through Christmas as part of the annual “Christmas in the Park.” There will also be horse drawn carriage rides Nov. 17, 18, 19 and Dec. 9, 10 and 11. Hours are 6:30 to 9:30 PM for Santa visits and horse drawn carriage rides. The park is open every night for drive-by and walk-through visits. Kick-off and opening ceremonies for this year’s events at Hightower Park is this Thursday, Nov. 17 at 6:30 PM.
