The Altus Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Altus Animal Welfare Association Ribbon Cutting this past week to celebrate its new location at 2208 Enterprise Drive (south end of the Southwest Enterprises Building; across from the Skate Place and the Jackson County Expo Center). Many volunteers help with the operations of the Spay & Neuter Clinic and other essential programs.
