On February 9 the District 3 Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force, in cooperation with multiple law enforcement agencies seized suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine during the execution of a search warrant in Kiowa County.

Officers from Kiowa County Sheriff’s Office, Altus Police Department, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Greer County Sheriff’s Office, Beckham County Sheriff’s Office, and the Granite Police Department all took part in the investigation and seizure.In addition to the drugs themselves, equipment used to weigh and distribute the drugs and firearms were seized.

One suspect was arrested at the scene and an arrest warrant was issued for another.
