Altus (OK) Police have arrested a Texas man in connection to the shooting death of Cory Daniel Bustamante, 18, on Sept. 24.
Jason Amador, 18, is being held at the Jackson County Jail on charges of First Degree Murder and Robbery.
After driving from Texas to Altus, Amador and Bustamante met with a third man, who has yet to be positively identified. Police believe Amador was a passenger in the vehicle, in which the shooting victim, Cory Daniel Bustamante, was killed.
After the shooting, Amador exited the vehicle and ran from the scene.
Investigators continue their search for the unidentified person, who they believe is the person responsible for Bustamante’s death.
