The City Council will meet in Called Session, Monday, December 6, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Childress City Hall, 315 Commerce St. NW, Childress Texas 79201.

Action Items

1. Call meeting to order. 
2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. 
3. Public Comment. 
4. Approve previous meeting minutes (October 26th & November 8, 2021). 
5. Discuss/Act on amending the City of Childress Personnel Policies and Procedures Handbook; Section 8.11 (b) to coincide with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). 
6. Discuss/Act on casting votes for Childress County Appraisal District Board of Directors. 
7. Discuss/Act on City Charter amendments to place on the May 2022 ballot. 
8. Discuss proposed donation of real property from PAMCO, Block 247 OP, Lots 19-24, Block 315 OP, Lots 4-8, and any stipulations therein.

Council may enter a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code).
