The City Council will meet in Called Session, Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Childress City Hall, 315 Commerce St. Childress Texas to discuss the following: 

Action Items

1. Call meeting to order with Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. 
2. Public comment. 
3. Discuss/act on approving and/or amending and approving previous meeting minutes. (Sept 29th). 
4. Discuss/act on terms of abandoning/closing designated section of 19th St. NW from U.S. Highway 287 S, to alleyway. 
5. Discuss/act on alleyway abandonment. Alley west of lot 13 and east of lots 14 and 15 (Alley W of 13 and E of 14 & 15). 
6. Discuss/act on Main Street 501c3 status or designation.

Council may enter a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code).
