- Call meeting to order with Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
- Public Comment
- Discuss/Act on approving and/or amending and approving previous Meeting Minutes. (Sept. 6th Hearings, Sept. 6th Called, Sept. 13th)
- Approve End–of–Year Budget Amendments for FY 20–21
- Discuss/Act on funds transfers to support investments/savings/future capital improvement plans
- Approve P.D. Forfeiture Budget
- Discuss/Act on Auditorium repair contract with Lewis Masonry & Construction
- Discuss/Act on potential amendments to Ordinance: Alcoholic Beverages in Parks (Chapter 36; Article 1; Sec. 36–5) as it relates to Mashburn Event Center, City Auditorium, and Fair Park in general
- Discuss/Act on forming Childress & Baylor Lakes Committee
- Discuss/Act on nominations to the Childress County Appraisal District Board of Directors
- Discuss/Act on status of Texas Historical Commission‘s probationary period of the Childress Main Street Program
Council may enter a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code).
