The Childress Elks Lodge #1113 will host their annual Veterans Day breakfast on Thursday, Nov. 11.   Breakfast will be served beginning at 6:00 a.m. in the Lodge Ballroom.

 

All veterans and their families are invited to attend as a thank you for their service to our country. The public is encouraged to join the breakfast and personally thank the veterans in attendance. 

 

At 11:00 a.m., the Veterans Day Service will begin in the Ballroom of the Lodge.   This years speaker is LCDR (Lt. Commander) Joseph T. Giordano, Commanding Officer of the Naval Reserve Center in Amarillo.  As well,  Monson Music students will perform the National Anthem. All veterans and the public are invited to attend the service.
