Jackson County Memorial Hospital welcomes Family Practice Physician Dr. Allissa White to the JCMH Medical Clinic. Dr. White provides outpatient treatment for the whole family, from birth through end-of-life. She says, βI am eager to partner with and care for every member of your family to provide a continuity of care that fosters strong, long-term doctor-patient relationships.β
White received her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Oklahoma State University, and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Great Plains Family Medicine with Integris Medical Group and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. White grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, but she now resides with her family on their farm in Tillman County. She says, βIt is a priority of mine to provide those who live in rural places with the tools necessary for health and wellness. I look forward to providing quality, close-to-home preventative and general medical care to children and adults.β
In her free time, Dr. White enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working in her vegetable garden, driving around the family farm, fishing, and playing with her dogs.
