Four Stars Toyota in Altus (OK) announced this week that they have received several prestigious awards recently including the 2022 DealerRater Customer Service Award, A Dealer of the Year award from the independent rating site. DealerRater is a leading car dealer review and reputation management platform and company of Cars.com Inc. This award is based on customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing and overall experience in their reviews.

   “Our customers have gone online and talked about their experiences with us, and based upon their experiences, we have a near perfect record,” said Kelly Strausser, owner of Four Stars Toyota in Altus. “It’s very humbling that we have received this award for the second year in a row,” he added. “Our staff comes to work every day trying to give amazing experiences to people and take excellent care of them on both the sales and service side.”

  He went on to say, “I’m so proud of this location and we have continued to grow with the same employees and customers over the past five years.”

   It was also announced that Four Stars Toyota was also awarded the 2022 President’s Award from Toyota Motor based on factors such as sales and service metrics, good customer service, “Only a select few dealers get that,” Strausser said.

   Four Stars Representative John Timmons has also been awarded, for the 4th year in a row, the Stars Award, the most prestigious award that you can win in the country as a Toyota representative. In this five-state region, there have only been 20 people to win it, and he is the only one to win it this many years in a row.

   We feel like we have an all-star crew in Altus to give amazing experiences to our customers,” Strausser said. “I’m very proud of our team. We don’t have a lot of employee turn over and our customers know we are going to be here for years and years to come. We are nothing without our customers, and we are humbled to earn these type of awards.”

   The new hill canopies were also recently at the Altus location, and Strausser said that they are both to protect their inventory in inclement weather, as well as make a more pleasant shopping experience for their customers.
