Wilbarger General Hospital and Texas A&M Agrilife Extension is hosting a free diabetes management workshop on Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 12 to 3 PM in the hospital’s conference room at 920 Hillcrest Drive in Vernon. Come learn how to manage your diabetes, prevent complications, and take control of your symptoms with confidence. Family and caregivers are welcome to attend, but you must register by calling 940-552-5474. The event is limited to the first 15 to register. There will be a free lunch, door prizes, free foot assessment, and more.
