Twenty Quanah High School students attended Day 1 of 2 of the 2022 District Academic UIL Competition in Archer City.

Amy Don Juan is the Spelling and Vocabulary District Champion, and Ashlynn Majors is the Lincoln Douglas District Champion thus Regional Qualifiers.

In Number Sense Ishaan Bhakta was 5th and Amy DonJuan 6th. Lilli Rubio placed 5th in LD. Jenna Perez was 6th in Literary Criticism. More speaking events will take place on Monday.
