Morris wins seat for City Council Ward 4 in Altus’ Tuesday’s election

ALTUS, OK – Altus held a primary election on Tuesday February 14 for Council member Ward 4. Candidate CJ Morris won over Christinia Wallace with 127 votes to Wallace’s 87.
A proposition for Blair Public Schools passed by 75% with 127 yes votes to 42 no votes.
Granite Public Schools proposition failed to pass with 201 no votes to 75 yes.
For Snyder, the School proposition passed with 284 votes to 74 no.
