The Childress City Council will meet in regular session Monday, June 12 at 6 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall,k 315 Commerce Street.
Agenda items include an ordinance authorizing the execution of a supplement to the water purchase contract with Greenbelt Municipal and Industrial Water Authority, providing an effective date, and enacting other provisions relating to the subject.
Council will also discuss and possibly act on an interlocal agreement between CRMC and the City of Childress for water stoarage tanks.
There will also be properties to sell for the upcoming budget year on the agenda. Council will also authorize methods of such sale.
Discussion and possible action on Municipal Development District Board appointments is the final item on the agenda.
